Pinning a message to the top of a chat helps users easily keep track of important messages. Pinned messages are especially efficient for individuals who struggle with memory issues or have a lot of content on their screen.

but in a common way for everyone, and in a way that is difficult to follow.

New page of pinned messages
A new tab named "Pinned Messages" has been added to the top toolbar, where you can view all the messages that you have pinned. It allows you to easily track and access them in one place
When the user selects the "Pin for you" option, a new tab is added at the top called "New” making it clear to the user that a new pinned message has been added for them.
When standing on a specific pinned message, it is possible to navigate to the original message in the chat and follow it from there.
Reminders
You can add a reminder for a message.
The reminder will help the user easily track a specific message that requires attention.
The user can set the reminder with a designated date and time that suits their needs.
Based on the set timing, an external notification will appear to remind him of the message.
Survey
More than 60 team members who use Teams responded to an online survey that helped me identify and understand their work patterns.
The survey helped me gain insights into how they store important messages, the difficulties they encounter during searches, and their pain points when it comes to tracking messages.

Another option called Pin for me, to avoid confusion between the two options.
The original name of the "Pin" option has been changed to "Pin for Everyone" to emphasize the distinction.
This change allows users to differentiate between the two options and be aware that in the first option, the message is pinned to everyone in the group, while in the second option, the message is pinned just for you.
Search and filter
"Filter" allows users to quickly find and focus on messages with specific content. For example, they can filter messages that only contain links, files or images.
The filtering method is based on similar behaviors within the software, so users can search in a way they are familiar with.
